Abstract/Summary

An interim note on the discoveries and excavations along the route of the southern by-pass. The report is divided into thirteen separate sites, which are briefly described. Plans are published of the more significant sites of St George’s Road, Flagstones, Conygar Hill, Maiden Castle Road and Middle Farm.
