Full Description
An extensive prehistoric field system, probably reused into the medieval period, is visible as earthworks and cropmarks on lidar imagery are aerial photographs on Plush Hill, Piddletrenthide. The features are considered to be part of a wider system of fields described in MDO43360, MDO49790 and MDO1978, they cover an area of over 160 hectares and were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.
