Full Description
Part of a later prehistoric field system on Crete Bottom, Godmanstone, is visible as earthworks on Environment Agency lidar imagery [1]. The features are probably a continuation of a field system of potentially Iron Age to Roman date to the west, recorded under MDO42926, and to the north as MDO48687. They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle Valleys AIM project.
