Summary

A double-ditched sub-rectangular enclosure to the southwest of Poundbury Camp was recognised from parch marks in 1976. The enclosure is undated, but its size and morphology suggests a Middle Bronze Age - Early Iron Age date.

A double-ditched sub-rectangular enclosure to the southwest of Poundbury Camp was recognised from parch marks in 1976. <1>

This enclosure measured about 50 m across and lay just to the north of the Roman road. The enclosure is undated, but a Middle Bronze Age - Early Iron Age date has been proposed. <2>
