Summary

An irregular, roughly rectangular feature is visible as a cropmark on an aerial photograph on Google Earth and was interpreted as a possible enclosure, most likely to be prehistoric in date. The ditched features were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM Project; they were interpreted as the remains of at least two enclosures with associated field boundaries.

Full Description

An irregular, roughly rectangular feature is visible as a cropmark on an aerial photograph on Google Earth and was interpreted as a possible enclosure, most likely to be prehistoric in date [1]. The ditched features were digitally plotted from aerial photographs during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM Project [2]; they were interpreted as the remains of at least two enclosures with associated field boundaries.
