Unpublished Exeter Archaeology Report dated May 2000, for Posford Duvivier. The report is listed as Appendix D, and presumably originally formed part of a larger Environmental Impact Statement, or similar multi-disciplinary document. There is also a draft version of the report dated April 2000.
