Abstract/Summary
'An archaeological watching brief was undertaken during groundworks relating to the construction of an access road and compound area. The groundworks were associated with undertaking improvements to the water treatment works at Sutton Poyntz, Weymouth, Dorset. No archaeological features were found during the monitoring. Several Romano-British and a single post-medieval pottery sherd were recovered from redeposited subsoil.'
