Full Description
Five linears, four pits (and one charcoal pit see WX3516) and one scoop dated to the Iron Age. Eight linears and twelve pits (and 20 charcoal pits) were attributed to the Roman period. Only two of the ditches conformed to the field system alignment (see WX3565). In one Late Iron Age ditch two complete pots had been inserted into the upper fill, one containing human bone from an adult female (1)
