Full Description
Test pits associated with Wellsite L on Furzey Island in 1988 revealed a humic layer sealed by an earthwork possibly deriving from the construction of a later trackway. Note however, that some of the trackways on the island are thought to utilise earlier Iron Age earthworks. (1)
