Full Description
Possible Mesolithic, Neolithic and Bronze Age flint implements including leaf arrowheads and Late bronze age pottery. (1) At Grove Farm flint implements and flakes were found by P R Hough-Love from 1913 to 1915. H Druitt bought some of these and they are now in the Red House Museum. Listed from Grove farm are a Late Bronze Age plain food vessel and the base and sides of a Late Bronze Age urn. The urn was found on Hurn Way about halfway between Jumpers house and Grove Farm House. The farm is now entirely built over. (2)
