Full Description

Medieval pottery, probably domestic rubbish, and other finds accumulated on the site through domestic activity and through the destruction of the house in the fire of 1762. Charcoal fragments abundant through all the internal soil level. Remnant of cobbled floor part of pre-1762 building. Majority of finds date from the late 1600s to the mid 18th century (1)
