Full Description

An assessment of Quaker Burial Grounds in Dorset identified one in Poole - on the corner of Lagland Street (formerly called Leg Lane) and Prosperous Street, now occupied by a community centre and a private car park. (1)

The burial ground is labelled on the Ordnance Survey 25-inch map epochs 3 and 4. (2) (3)

Poole (NGR SZ 0118 9050; 2.73m AOD) burial ground site was on the corner of Lagland Street (formerly called Leg Lande) and Prosperous Street, a site now occupoed by a community centre and a private car park. No further meaningful assessment could be made.
