Full Description

Surviving banks on Benchy Hill define a large polygonal enclosure. The banks are not shown as boundaries on the 1st or 2nd ed OS maps, suggesting that they were removed in the C19 or earlier. The banks are visible in LiDAR imagery (EA DTM 2022) and satellite imagery, and are also visible in aerial photographs dating to 1947. <1-5>
