Summary

Features suggesting Late Bronze Age settlement were excavated in 2015 by AC Archaeology during archaeological evaluation of land proposed for residential housing. Evaluation Trench 5 revealed postholes arranged in an arc less than 7m in diameter, with outlying pits and postholes; these were all of similar Late Bronze Age date and interpreted as a probable settlement.
