Summary

A ring ditch is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs in the field to the south-east of Eastfield Farm, Cheslebourne. The feature is 11.5m across and considered likely to be a plough-levelled Bronze Age round barrow. It was digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.

Full Description

A ring ditch is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs in the field to the south-east of Eastfield Farm, Cheslebourne. The feature is 11.5m across and considered likely to be a plough-levelled Bronze Age round barrow. It was digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project. (JRB 1975)
