Full Description
The fragmentary remains of a prehistoric field system are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery on the southern spur of Ball Hill extending into Kithill Plantation, Piddletrenthide. It appears to be contemporary with the settlement and trackway described in MDO1977 and forms part of a wider system of fields described in MDO43349. The features were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project. (Lidar 2021 (1)).
