Full Description
Parallel earthworks are visible on aerial photographs and lidar imagery in the field to the west of Mappowder Court, Mappowder. The features were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project and considered likely to be the remains of a system of enclosed medieval strips, as well as medieval ridge and furrow.(1-2)
