Full Description
Rectilinear banked field boundaries are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery to the east of Highlands, Piddletrenthide. The features partially fit in with the post medieval field system marked on the OS 1st edition map and they may therefore be of medieval or later date. Some of the features may however be of earlier origin. The field boundaries extend across an area of 15 hectares and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM Project. <1>
