Full Description
The extensive remains of a later prehistoric field system are visible as cropmarks on aerial photogaphs and earthworks on lidar imagery in the south east corner of Piddletrenthide parish. The features form part of a wider system of fields which extends to the north in MDO49065; they cover an area of over 180 hectares and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM Project. <1-6>
