Full Description
A rectilinear ditched enclosure of probable Iron Age or Roman date is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs taken in 2016 to the east of Well Bottom Down. The enclosure is 51m by 32m across and is associated with fragments of attached field boundaries; it was digitally recorded during the Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM project. <1>
