Full Description
A group of six small hollows is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery in a modern field to the east of Well Bottom, Piddletrenthide. They are considered likely to be the sites of post medieval chalk pits and were digitally recorded during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM Project. [1]
