Full Description
The site of an Old Chalk Pit is marked on the OS 1st edition map to the north of Incombe Wood, Piddletrenthide. It is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery and was digitally recorded during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM Project. It is one of three pits located in the vicinity. [1-2]
