Full Description
A hollow is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery on the south side of the road south of Longthorns Wood, Winterborne Whitechurch. It is considered likely to be a post medieval extractive pit, possibly for chalk and was digitally recorded during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM Project. <1>
