Full Description
A series of bank and ditched linear features are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery to the northwest of North Louvard deserted village, Piddlehinton. The features abut the water meadow described in MDO48850 and possibly form part of it, they may alternatively be an extension of the earthworks associated with the deserted medieval village. The system covers an area of over 1.7 hectares and was digitally recorded during the Upper Cerne and Piddle Valleys AIM project. <1>
