Full Description
A series of banked field boundaries are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery to the east of Piddlehinton village. The features generally fit into the extant field system and are therefore considered likely to be of medieval or post medieval date although they may have an earlier origin. The system covers an area of over 29 hectares and was digitally recorded during the Upper Cerne and Piddle Valleys AIM project. <1>
