Full Description
A scatter of banked field boundaries is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery across two modern fields Piddletrenthide. The features are considered likely to be the fragmented remains of a later prehistoric field system, and are possibly part of the wider field system described in MDO1911. The boundaries cover an area of over 9 hectares and were digitally recorded during the Upper Cerne and Piddle Valleys AIM project. <1>
