Summary

Three rectilinear ditched enclosure are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs taken in 1997 to the southwest of Waterston Manor. They are associated with a number of field boundaries which are considered to be an extension of the field system described in MDO20478. The features are considered likely to be of Iron Age or Roman date and were digitally recorded during the Upper Cerne and Piddle Valleys AIM project.

Three rectilinear ditched enclosure are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs taken in 1997 to the southwest of Waterston Manor. They are associated with a number of field boundaries which are considered to be an extension of the field system described in MDO20478. The features are considered likely to be of Iron Age or Roman date and were digitally recorded during the Upper Cerne and Piddle Valleys AIM project. <1>
