Summary

An extensive group of later prehistoric settlement enclosures with fragments of an associated field system is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs to either side of Mullett's Drove, Piddletrenthide and Piddlehinton. The features cover an area of over 13 hectares and were digitally recorded during the Upper Cerne and Piddle Valleys AIM project.

Full Description

An extensive group of later prehistoric settlement enclosures with fragments of an associated field system is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs to either side of Mullett's Drove, Piddletrenthide and Piddlehinton. The features cover an area of over 13 hectares and were digitally recorded during the Upper Cerne and Piddle Valleys AIM project.<1-3>
