Full Description
The remains of an Iron Age or Romano British field system are visible as cropmarks and earthworks on aerial photographs and lidar imagery to the east of the farm track running southwards from Druce Higher Barn, Puddletown. The features cover an area of over 51 hectares and are a continuation of that to the west of the track described in MDO48903. These features form part of a wider field system described in MDO1911 and were digitally recorded during the Upper Cerne and Piddle Valleys AIM project.<1-4>
