Full Description
Fragments of a large curvilinear ditched enclosure are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs taken in 2017 at the northern end of Hog Leaze, Piddletrenthide. It is situated within the field system decribed in MDO48870 but may be of earlier date, possibly Bronze Age. The enclosure is 118m across and was digitally recorded during the Upper Cerne and Piddle Valleys AIM project.<1-2>
