A system of post medieval water meadows is visible as low earthworks on lidar imagery to either side of the River Piddle in the vicinity of the medieval deserted settlement of Little Piddle. The features cover an area of 2.1 hectares and were digitally recorded during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM Project.
