Full Description
An Old Chalk Pit is marked on the OS 1st edition map to the north of Druce Higher Barn, Puddletown. The pit with associated spoil is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery and was digitally recorded during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM Project; two other pits are situated within the same modern field. <1-2>
