Full Description
An unannotated hollow is marked on the OS 2nd edition map to the north of Pat's Castle, Piddletrenthide. It is considered likely to be a post medieval extractive pit and is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery. It is one of a number of pits and spoilheaps digitally recorded during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM Project in the same modern field. <1-2>.
