Full Description
Fragmentary banked linear features on the south side of Smacam Down, Cerne Abbas, are visible as earthworks on Environment Agency lidar imagery [1]. The features are considered likely to be field boundaries of possible later prehistoric date, potentially outliers to field systems to the north and southwest. They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle Valleys AIM project.
