Summary

A sub-rectangular ditched enclosure and fragments of associated field boundaries are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs to the northeast of Crawthorne Farm, Dewlish. The enclosure is 54m by 34m across and was digitally recorded during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM Project; the features are considered likely to be of Iron Age or Roman date.

A sub-rectangular ditched enclosure and fragments of associated field boundaries are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs to the northeast of Crawthorne Farm, Dewlish <1>. The enclosure is 54m by 34m across and was digitally recorded during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM Project; the features are considered likely to be of Iron Age or Roman date.
