Monument record MDO48569 - Iron Age/Roman field boundaries, Cheselbourne

Fragments of a ditched field system of probable Iron Age or Roman date are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs in the vicinity of the enclosures described in MDO848 and MDO46864. They were digitally recorded during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM Project. The features cover an area of over 13 hectares and were digitally recorded during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM Project.
