Full Description
A small hollow is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery within Milborne Woods, Milborne St Andrew <1>. It is considered likely to be a post medieval extractive pit and was digitally recorded during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM Project. Three other pits are also visible on lidar to the north of the woods and are considered likely to be of similar interpretation.
