Two small gravel pits are marked on the OS 1st edition map on the Downs to the east and southeast of Bladen Poultry Farm, Milton St Andrew. One is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery and was digitally recorded during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM Project. It is part of a wide scatter of hollows in the vicinity.
