Full Description
An unannotated hollow is marked on the OS 5th edition map on Puddleton Down <1>. It is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery and was digitally recorded during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM Project <2>. It is considered likely to be a 19th or early 20th century extractive pit.
