Summary
Three hollows are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery to the southwest of Dewlish Mill. The southernmost of the three is marked as a copse on the 1st edition map. They are all considered likely to be post medieval extractive pits and were digitally recorded during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM Project.

Three hollows are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery to the southwest of Dewlish Mill <1>. The southernmost of the three is marked as a copse on the 1st edition map <2>. They are all considered likely to be post medieval extractive pits and were digitally recorded during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM Project.
