Summary

A Chalk Pit is marked on the OS 1st edition map in the northwest corner of Milborne St Andrew parish, to the southeast of West Bagber Copse. It is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery and was digitally recorded during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM Project. A second pit is visible on the lidar to the northeast.

A Chalk Pit is marked on the OS 1st edition map in the northwest corner of Milborne St Andrew parish, to the southeast of West Bagber Copse <1>. It is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery and was digitally recorded during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM Project <2>. A second pit is visible on the lidar to the northeast.
