Full Description
The site of an Old Flint Pit is marked on the OS 1st edition map <1>. It is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs and was digitally recorded during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM Project <2>. A second smaller pit is marked as an unanotated hollow to the north on the OS 2nd edition map <3>.
