Full Description
A low mound to the west of St Catherine's Farm, Cerne Abbas, is visible as an earthwork on 1940s aerial photographs and Environment Agency lidar imagery [1, 2]. The feature is approximately 20m in diameter and is located with two other similar features within the same field and under 100m southwest of a row of possible Bronze Age bowl barrows. It
is considered to also be a possible Bronze Age barrow and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle Valleys AIM project.
