Full Description
An area of cultivation remains comprising parallel linear strip lynchets and broad ridge and furrow to the south of Alton Pancras are visible as earthworks on Environment Agency lidar imagery [1]. The features are considered to be medieval in origin and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM project.
