Full Description
Perpendicular banked linear features are visible as low earthworks on lidar imagery to the west and southwest of Deverel Farm, Milborne St Andrew (1). The features are considered likely to be field boundaries of medieval or earlier date, some possibly associated with the medieval hamlet of Milborne Deverel (MDO4354). The system covers an area of over 21 hectares and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM Project.
