The features might be those of a post medieval drainage system and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM project.

Narrow curvilinear ditched features in a field to the east of Modus Aldermore Coppice, Buckland Newton, are visible as earthworks on 1940s aerial photographs and Environment Agency lidar imagery [1, 2]. The features might be those of a post medieval drainage system and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM project.
