Summary

Two pits are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs in the vicinity of the barrow cemetery on Roke Down, Bere Regis. They are of uncertain date but are also situated within the prehistoric field system described in MDO46400 and may therefore be of prehistoric origin. The features were digitally recorded during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM Project.

Two pits are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs in the vicinity of the barrow cemetery on Roke Down, Bere Regis (1). They are of uncertain date but are also situated within the prehistoric field system described in MDO46400 and may therefore be of prehistoric origin.
