Full Description
Two small hollows are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery in the field to the west of Haywards Cottage, Bere Regis (1). They are considered likely to be post medieval extractive pits, possibly for chalk and were digitally recorded during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM Project.
