Full Description
Banked curvilinear features to the north of Henley, Buckland Newton, are visible as earthworks on Environment Agency lidar imagery [1]. The features are broadly parallel in nature, forming two perpendicular areas of narrow curvilinear strips within a current field. They are considered to possibly be field boundaries of potentially medieval origin. They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM project.
