Full Description
A rectilinear ditched enclosure at least 22m across is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs to the southeast of Haywards Cottage, Bere Regis, it is associated with fragments of a ditched field system. The features are considered likely to be Iron Age or Roman in date, they were digitally recorded during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM Project.
